patche came with me to my animal diversity lecture so that we could hang out afterwards. after the main class on mondays we have a “lab” which is usually for being quizzed on species identification, but wednesday we have a cumulative midterm for all of the species we’ve learned up to this point so the contents of lab today was a mystery and i was a little nervous that i may’ve forgotten something

it turns out the zoo kids were just gonna use us to help train their badger tonka to take pictures!!! heres patche and i with tonka

also last night i discovered rubbing your hands together while they are covered in blood is somewhat irritating. i dont actually know if this would be caused by straight blood because this blood was also full of trisodium citrate and also i was handling lots of ice. definitely dried out my hands though!!! recommend having hand cream nearby!!!!!
